In those cases the it won’t matter if it’s cloud or desktop - you would still have a conversion issue. The problem you are citing is a technology or tool when they go bye bye.

So all new IDs will have to use Storyline. I have both, but my firm decided we would use Storyline 360 as the primary tool. In my experience, it is Storyline or Captivate.
